Fire at Northbrook Foodland

Several people noticed the fire at the Northbrook Foodland on their way home after the long weekend. We are pleased to report that the fire was confined to storage trailers behind the store and did not reach the store or the trees behind. Fire Fighters were doing drills at the Lions Club up the road and were on the scene quickly and extinguished the fire. The Foodland was up and operating the very next day.
